2006 25 merc 4 dtroke cooling issue?

Hello,
I have a 25hp merc four stroke(2006) that I changed out a full waterpump kit on and also checked the thermostat, it still will not shoot water out the tatel tale. Ive done tons of water pumps so i am sure thats on correctly (had it off 3 times) and also removed all screens to make sure there was no blockage. Any suggestions are appreciated.

were there any pieces missing off the old impeller? did you test the thermostat to see if its opening up? sounds like you might have some blockage. make sure the telltale isn't clogged up and that the water tube is in right

All the lines are open,I took out the thermostat and thats open, the old impeller was in tact but had a rip in the blade. I blew air through the tatel tale and it came out the exhaust.

There could be a blockage in the water transfer tube.try flushing it out with a garden hose.
