motor cranks and runs great at top speed then it will start to bog down..then pick back up at top speed.. alread rebuilt carb and changed the plugs .. could it be my bulb.. it sounds like it is starving for gas.. fuel filter is clean diaframe on pump looks good.. what could it be???
