motor runs fine but the top side seems to vibrate quite a bit and can be felt on the boat when I'm out. is this normal? video posted here

any bolt needs to be tightened?

Is say that it may be normal when cold and warming up…and especially noticeable out the water like rbis.
But if it is rough running when warm and on the boat…I’d be suspecting a fuel or basic ignition issue perhaps.
