2005 johnson 150 timing

can i get the WOT timing and the idle timing. the model is j150glsob thanks in advance i am doing a link and sink and cant find my book.

WOW!! i am glad i did not get any people digging threw books after looking at the top of the flywheel it was stamped for 20 btdc so if any one else ever has this question now you know..i should of taken the cover off first
