2005 20ft sun chaser needs new carpet

Purchased 2005 sun chaser pontoon boat which needs new carpeting. I do not want to remove old rug what are my options?

Removing the old carpet and replacing is your option.

To replace, however you do have to remove everything off the deck

Agreed, the old carpet needs to be removed, but I would install vinyl in it's place. And if your fence doesn't already have 1/2" spacers between it and the floor, I'd do that while I was at it....

I removed everything down to the logs on my 1979 Harris Float Boat. Went with vinyl flooring. Materials (plywood, vinyl, wiring) $2500, used seating we had. Brought the value of Toon to $3500 :).

$50,000 Bennington gets to the restaurant 10 minutes ahead of us.
