My boat did the exact same thing, and I spent a lot of money chasing problems that didn't exist as it was the injectors all along. I would definately get the injectors cleaned by a shop, I tried it myself by watching a youtube video and it made it a little better but didn't actually fix anything. When I took the injectors in they cleaned them and gave me a report showing how bad off they really were. They are really easy to get off, 2 bolts and remove the electrical connectors and fuel rail comes right off, at least on my engine anyway.

FUEL INJECTORS IT IS!!!! one was sitcking good had them cleaned and used the boat on the week end, everything ran perfectly. Thanks for the help.
