I can't help much, but is it a hydraulic pump? Or what type of system is it?

I'm downunder, and have a 2006 Larson 370, and the 12v hatch lift motor is a Acculift Inc with these numbers on body MQ347, and PJ24035Q 12v protect and date 01/05/06. I have same issue where the hatch wont lift at the switch at the helm, but all 0ther 12v items switches are working. Do you have any further details to help with this?
