Anybody have any experience with this engine - or any general knowledge or opinion?

Not 100% sure, but I think that's a Suzuki with a Johnson sticker.

No experience with that engine in particular, but probably a really good engine if it's been taken care of, Suzuki makes great engines.

I have a 2003. At 200 hours now and been an excellent motor. I'd buy it again.

That particular Suzuki built Johnson outboard is very solid, quiet, and economical... If you have an opportunity to purchase one, you will be pleased...
