2004 Glastron 213 cc fuel sending unit

Does anyone know how I can access the fuel sending unit on my 2004 Glastron? I can see it but cannot get at the screws to remove/replace it.

Being a 2004 it should by regulation have a why to gain access. If there is carpet on the deck look for an inspection plate under it. Might be screw down type but might just be a plate

Do some trouble shooting prior to spending money. Most times there simply is corrosion on the terminals at the gauges.
