2004 30hp johnson motor mounts

How do the lower side mounts come apart the rubber end is torn off and just the steel half of the mount is on the side lower housing how are the mounted inflate

Or how do I remove the old half of mount so I can buy and install new ones

I figured it out when I droped the lower unit to do the water impeller I saw up inside the midsection nuts that hold the rubber bushings in place. I guess whoever needs to replace them you need to drop the lower unit first.
