2003 Glastron 185 GX Gel Coat Cracks

I am looking at Glastron GX a 2003 model it has gel coat cracks under the wind shield and on the hand rails on the bow is this a serious condition or cosmetic?

I did not see any other cracks on the boat...

if it's spiderwebbed then it's probably cosmetic-pictures??
