2003 60 hp 4stroke Yamaha cold start

cold start carbs rebuilt, vac sync,and new fuel lines and filters,i get a hard start cold and rough idle. I don't think prime start is working,is it electric and is it hooked to key start ,press key in to choke......., if so what wires ?*

Prime start is automatic, no need to push key. No choke on a prime start motor.
Do a better job on cleaning and adjusting the carbs as the manual states

I have a 2002 model 60 hp 4 stroke and have always had a cold starting problem since it was new. Vac synced the carbs and checked my prime start also. Could never correct the problem. Must be an inherent problem on this model.
