100 psi is a used motor anything less is rebuild anytime - numbers around 115 - 125 psi would be ideal in that case 1500 would eb acceptable for an 03 -also you want to no more than a 10% difference between cylinders - you may get it down a couple hundred bucks ? ive seen a few 05's at about 1500 obo.
