2003 150 Evinrude trim tilt prob

I a 2003 Evinrude 150 hp, and the tilt trim will go down, but wont go up all the time. When it will go up it stops and I have to press the button several times. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Could have a bad relay or a bad trim button.

Thank you for you help. It does the same thing if I hit the trim button on the motor. Unless you think both switches could be bad? I'll check the relay..

I'll go along with the relay as long as both switches do the same thing.
