Okay. So fuel pump makes no strange noises and is pumping fuel but I am not reading any pressure. Ordered new pump yesterday. My fuel pressure gauge has a relief valve as soon as I cut motor off I hit relief and didn't get a drop. I think check valve inside pump is bad. Pump here in a couple of days. Will keep you posted. Thanks guys!

How were you measuring pressure while it was pumping fuel?

What about the in-line screen just inside the carb at the inlet? Folks change their fuel water separators' often enough but the inlet screen can get neglected and I've seen them cause the issue you describe more than once.

The water separtor will catch most stuff (I always check the screen in my Quadrajet but it is always pristine) but you never know esp if you get water in the fuel. Other things are the anti siphon valve on the tank and some tanks have a screen at the bottom of the pick up tube that can get gunked up. This is common on boats that were run on E0 gas and then switched over to E10 due to the solvent action of ethanol it cleans any accumulated gunk out but can clog filters and screens.

Did you in inspect the anti siphon valve?
I had this problem on my '88 FW H-200 years back. Replaced with a better quality one and no problems since.

I hooked up an external tank with a primer bulb straight to fuel pump and had same problem

Not going to get anyone to work on it this time of year so I finally pulled the carburetor and found clogged Jets. Rebuilt it and it runs like a top finally. Thanks for your help everyone!

Glad to hear the outcome. I found that I average approx 6 years between rebuilds.
