2002 Mercury outboard power loss

I bought a 2002 Trophy Pro with a Mercury 150hp this year. Motor was serviced prior to purchasing and ran fine till second or third trip out. Went out and at full RPM’s the motor would not got full speed. RPM’s stayed the same but instead of maintaining 30mph at full throttle the motor would top out 25/26mph. I replaced the plugs with new, checked compression (all cylinders around 130) and found #3 and #6 plugs to be slightly fouled. Found little to now spark on both and replaced the cdm on each, same problem after replacing today. Looking for advice on next steps what to troubleshoot next.

this kinda points to a prop hub problem???
