2000 yamaha 25hp Unconnected wires??????????

Hey guys i just bought used 25hp and i noticed that there were a couple of loose cables inside. Runs great but wondering Its Normal, or should they be connected. Or could it be for charging a battery, Thanks

Do not worry about it .... it is a standard wiring harness, if there was a battery that needed to charge, starter etc. this will be in use .....
