2000 Stratos 19ss Wiring - Help!

I have a 2000 Stratos 19SS and am attempting to figure out the wiring at the cranking battery. I have a green and purple wire that I have no idea what they go to or if they should be connected to positive or negative cables. Any help would be appreciated.

You don't have any idea what they're connected to? Sounds like someone did some redneck wiring, you're only option is to trace those wires and see where they go. With few exceptions, the correct way would be for everything to get power from a fuse block, NOT a bunch of individual wires coming back to the battery.
