2000 searay 180 3.0 merc no spark help!!!!!

I just got this boat and the last time it ran was in 2008 someone told him it was the carb but it looks nice inside to me
it was not turning over from the key untill I pulled the thingggggyyy (lol) and cleaned up the contacts and now it turn's over but no spark yes 12 volts to coil Yes kill switch in the up pos ( RUN) and i know a little but not a guuuurrrrrruuuuu any help would be nice

Next what is your engines serial number. I would assume you have the Delco EST ignition, is this correct?

Did you take the carb apart to inspect it? The visible parts aren't what gets plugged up and varnished up after setting for 4 years.
