There are quite a few problems that could cause the no spark scenario on your motor. Start by disconnecting the black/yellow kill wire at your power pack and then test for spark. If that solves your problem, your kill circuit has a fault and we can trouble shoot further. Next follow a yellow wire coming from the stator to your rectifier. Now test for spark, if it returns, your rectifier is at fault. As stated, you need a GOOD 250 RPM to fire, if your battery is not fully charged, you will not fire properly.
If none of these check out it will be time to dig in deeper.
