Hey just bought a jon with a 2000 mercury 8hp told its been used 6 times and looks it. Decided to change lower gear oil and got coffee with cream. changed it no problem with seals ran it and i can see milky oil coming out near prop. How do i know seal is ok looks fine, had fishin line in there could that have damaged it?
