2000 johnson ho 225---compression readings--good or bad

Testing a motor out to buy---done compreesion readings as instructed on here--they are as follows---right side--- top--110psi---middle--110 psi---bottom--105--------left side--top--110psi--middle--110psi---bottom--105 psi---done test three times all the same readings --is this good or bad--are they low or pretty good----need some imput should i buy this engine or not--cranks and runs good on water only issue ive seen is the primmer bulb leaks down after a while sitting on water fishing and u have to reprime and it finally cranks than runs great for a while might do it again might not--will fly on water

Compression is fine.....

What could be the problem with the hard starting after a while on water --primer bulb already replaced by owner
