2000 200 hp johnson commercial (no pee)

took the boat out last weekend and noticed that there was no water coming out the pee holes. i made a couple long runs and it never ran hot. what could be the problem. any help would be great

Looks like a bad impeller. Don't run it without it. You'll damage the motor (if not damage already)

The tell tale line and/or nipple is likely clogged. Little critters love to build nests here. Remove the line and now check for water flow. If it is now present, flush the line, and clean the nipple.
