[h=3]Fire burns down home in Hubbardton[/h]
Fire burned down a home on Old Ti Road in Hubbardton this morning, the second residence to succumb to a blaze in less than two weeks in the town.
Photographer Vyto Starinskas is on the scene of the massive blaze, where firefighters from at least three towns struggled to get to.
There is no word on injuries or cause at this time.
The road, a steep incline, was ice-covered and trucks had to be outfitted with chains before they could make their way up the road.
Starinskas reported seeing some firefighters walk to the scene.
It is the second fire this month to burn down a home in Hubbardton. A home on Delancey Road burned down Jan. 11.
A column of smoke from this morning's fire could be seen miles away. Popping noises came from the home as firefighters tried to quell the blaze with water.
Fair Haven, Castleton and Poultney fire departments responded to the scene.
