I have 2 volvo penta dps a 1.95 outdrives. When I make a hard turn at a higher speed I hear a clicking sound, not when docking or when making a normal turn only hard left or right wheel turned all the way. Also, do you know where I can get instructions on adjusting shift cable, I can't find anything.
Thanks,
Tom

In a hard turn the u joints are stressed to the maximum. Probably hearing something related to that. Have you pulled the drives to inspect?

Shift cable adjustment is performed at the linkage located on the aft side of the driveshaft housing. Behind the cover. If the trunion is adjusted to be max fore/aft the adjustment can be performed at the remote

Do you know what the procedure is to do the adjustment?

Yes

It's quite simple. Remove the cover and look. Rotating the trunion fore or aft at the shift cable end will adjust accordingly
