pulled out a bad 3.0 and put in a good 2.5 motor.the 2.5 id plate is missing so i have no idea what year it is.[1]are there other numbers on block that would tell me what year it is?[2]is the carb on the 3.0[1988] to big for the 2.5 motor to handle?the linkage is all different.the 3.0 has linkage mounted on the valve cover.thanks
