So got myself what I though was a ok boat. I WAS WRONG needed the transmom repaired. So I got at it with a chainsaw and drill and got itt all cleaned out. Poured the first of 2 pours of seacast and man it is SOLID!!!! very happy so far with the product.

Next will be to clean up and cap the transom and install my 175HP Merc. Got it for a great price.

Then all new wiring for the whole boat as it was a rats nest in there.

Then capret and interior work. Got 4 swilvel seats and going to do 2 nech seats in the back with a livewell.

Having a blast doing this. Let me know what you guys think!

Mixing the seacast. For sure use a heavy duty drill

The pour. Went really well actually

More pouring. We used a rubber hammer and a palm sander with no sandpaper to help get the bubbles out

This is where I ened off. I will be pouring the sides and a bit more on top here. Then I plan to top it off with chop mat and resin and then shortdtrand mini fibre and sand and paint. Then I am going to cap it with aluminum. 1/4" I think.
