I’m new to this. I have a 1999 Glastron with a 4.3 mercruiser v6. Recently purchased it as a project. Fixed some wiring issues, realized the head gaskets were bad, rook apart the engine and now I put everything back together except one wire that I don’t know where it goes. It’s coming off of the main harness. It has the same colors as the positive wire going to the electric choke on the carb but I’m not sure where this one goes. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve tried looking up diagrams but they have not been much help.

Your engine components are of a Volvo Penta vs Mercruiser.as mentioned.

Do you jhave close up of either the flame arrestor plastic cover that goes over the carburetor or a close up of the engine info stickers . Need to know what engine model you have.

Is the wire a tan color?
