Anyone know if this is a block with 4 bolt mains? Understand it is an 880 casting and they come in two different versions. Alos trying to figure out if these are Vortex heads or not. Anyone?
The VP manual says that there is a light duty and heavy duty version of the SBCs and that the 4 bolt main caps are on the heavy duty. Not much other info other than that. No serial number reference or block casting references. Chevy site not any more helpful either.
