boat is currently having issues at take off. It does ok if I slowly take off but if I pin the throttle it will bog right down and not accelerate very well. I’m thinking a tune up but not sure. What do you guys think?

First guess is carb accelerator pump need replacing. Since it needs it rebuild carb while your at it

When you pump the throttle do you get a steady stream of gas squirting in?

then suggest starting with measuring fuel pressure
Woops, agree
Need to know which Gi
Gi-A is 27 to 31 psi
Gi-B and higher is 50 to 60 psi

If fuel pressure is correct then need to check TPS and MAP voltages

It is a GI-A since I have never done it, I ended up doing cap, rotor, plugs and wires with no change. I also checked the fuel pressure and am getting 30psi with no change. I had a friend watch it as I cruised around the pressure remained the same at all speeds and he also watched the injectors and said both sprayed evenly throughout. Out of the hole if I real got on it, it backfired a few times after quite a few Attempt and even stalled once.
Any thoughts?
