1998 Wellcraft 190ccf Fuel Tank

Hello All,
​I am receiving water in my fuel tank. I just bought the boat and the fuel has been sitting in there for about a year. I pumped all the fuel and water out once, put fuel in, and there was more water. Should I cut the floor open and remove tank or just pump it out again. I know that fuel will turn into water after some time. What do you all think?

Well kinda sounds like the tank has deteriorated. Also the boat is holding water probably in the foam. What kinda boat, where is the tank. Some pics would help. If that is the case then looks like a total rehab if your up for it.
