1998 seadoo gtx starter noise.

New to he seadoo world. When I pulled my seadoo for the last trip to the lake. When trying to start it turned over a few times. Now makes a whinning noise when trying to start. Bad starter? Low battery possible?

Starter on a Doo works the same as all others. My guess is there is an issue with the starter. Do check connections because this is the easiest, but if they are good, then need to pull the starter

Thanks for the reply! I spoke with a local shop. They were saying possible Bendix failure?

Make sure the battery is at 100% also. A low, bad, or failing battery can cause that also.
