1998 evinrude 200hp oceanpro oil under hood

I recently put a new prop on my 1998 oceanpro 200hp. the new prop is 14.5 x 19 stainless. Recently i have noticed increased fuel consumption and a black colored oil substance building up under the engine cover to the extent that it drains out when the engine is tilled up. Please help !!!!

sounds like you best find the leak, or need to clean and rebuild the carbs.
