1998 Ebbtide Mystique bench seat

Trying to remove back bench seat on Ebbtide and wondering if side panels must come off to remove the seat? Curious if anyone knows how this seat is attached to the boat. Thanks.

here is the way i removed the upper bench on my larson, i realize it may be different but just some ideas on what to look for in terms of hardware
