Recently bought a motor, 98 25hp 3cylinder johnson. Clearly was over heated and melted the oil recirculation hoses and I have no idea where they are supposed to be routed to. Anyone have any in site or help with this? There is 3 brass straight nipples and 4 90° nipples and a plastic T.

Best to find a factory service manual and it will show you in there.

I would remove the Oil Tank and run it 50:1 mixed gas.

The 3 Brass Nipples are for Oil Injecting and can be capped when mixed fuel is used. The 3 Steel Nipples are for the Oil Scavenging from the Crank Case (I would think) In which case I would run a hose between the bottom and top cylinder, then one from the Crankcase to the middle cylinder's nipple.

Bypassing the Oil Warnings are another thing.

NO,No-----The oil was originally mixed in the automatic mixer and went into the carburetors.-----That mixer should be thrown away !!-----Now mix at 50:1 in the fuel tank..-----Do not cap off any nipples but install the recirc hoses !!

I need to know how the recirculation hoses need to be routed to.
