1997 mercury marine force 120hp elpt

New to the post I tried what was mentioned the other day.Should i get a manual for mercury or force. THe problem is the idle is surging from 1800 to 2400 rpm. I cleaned the 2 carbs last night with no change. Im going to purchase a manual just to have one on hand any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. thanks

If the motor says force on it get a force manual. Clymer would be a good one to get.

i have the clymer force manual, carb still might be out of adjustment
try this first, also if your mixing your oil, make sure the ratio is
correct
