My 1997 Mercury 115 hp outboard has started quitting shortly after reaching wot. I have changed the fuel filter, the water separator, and I purchased a portable fuel tank and ran new fuel to the motor, but it still quits shortly after reaching wot. It idles fine, starts easily, and starts right after it quits. I would appreciate any help. Thank You
