1996 Johnston Outboard Starts but Stalls.

Hi, Sounds like a carb clean is in order (from previous reading) but my rebuilt 1996 Black Johnston Outboard starts with some difficulty but then stalls in nuetral also wont go into gear without stalling. Units was out of the water last summer.

Any help is apprecated,.

I Believe the manual tells me its a 70TL or 70 TX
