1996 Evinrude 25 BE25KLEDC no spark

I did not have spark on any of the cylinders. I know my stator passes all the diagnostic checks, i replaced the powerpack with a new one and i still don't have spark.

looks like cdi troubleshooting chart and a dva meter may be your only recourse....a quick glance at marineengine.com shows 4 ignition system variations depending on rope start, remote start, tnt, and 1 other...don't know if the differences amount to much or not.

I would start by disconnecting the voltage regulator/rectifier by unplugging the two yellow wires from the stator. If the engine starts that is your problem. If it doesn't then check to make sure the kill circuit isn't engaged. The CDI trouble shooting guide doesn't have the the triple 25 and 35 in it but follow the steps for the V4 with optical ignition with quick start. It should help you solve it.
