1996 E50TLEDS Evinrude 50 HP 2 stroke

There is a 1" brass nipple that sticks out of the center of the front of the powerhead that is dripping fuel. Can anybody educate me on this. I looked in my SELOC Johnson/Evinrude 1990-01 Repair Manual and found nothing pertaining.

Is it on the intake manifold? Top middle bottom?

It looks like there should be a hose on it but there isn't. Running VRO

Likely a wee hose going to a nipple on the airbox.

Running with VRO, it is seen at the bottom past the throttle cable behind bottom carburetor facing toward front of motor.

I purchased new in 96 and recently took to shop to have a VRO swap and Primer Solenoid rebuild done.

The VRO was leaking from the top and the primer solenoid top was cracked.
