1995 yamaha 150hp/ prv rubber seal

hi, Does anyone know how to get the prv rubber seal out of a 150hp yamaha that has been dropped inside the motor. Was replacing the rubber seal when it dropped into the motor. Thanks for any help.

actually.
tilt the motor up about half way.
use a stiff piece of wire, the inner wire from a control cable works well/
bend a small hook on one end, bend a T handle on the other.
fish the grommet out.
its going to be in a pocket on the lower stbd side of the ex cover.
cant go to the port side,ME? I have never dropped one .
