I bought this boat and runs great. I need to see if someone here has replaced the floors on similar type of boat. I need to remove the interior padding and need to figure out how it’s held in. Pics are attached. Any help would be great.

Upholstery back then used studs or screws. Look between the colors for screws

I got the panels off now how thick is the plywood flooring. I need to replace the boxing for the fuel tank.

my guess, the floor would be 1/2" with 2 layers of glass on each side.

I can backup Chris' statement. The previous owner of my boat did a re-deck and when I removed it the rest of the structure was toast! If you read through many of the rebuilds on here you'll see "the floor is the last to rot" mentioned somewhere.

Any suggestions on where to start taking the floor up
Remove the drive and motor
Remove the interior
Pull the rub rail
Pull run rail screws
Pull cap

Wear appropriate PPE

Fire up the saws
