1994 175 johnson/bogs down on throttle up.......???????

New boat to me this year.First time out with it and ran beautiful.Second time out sounded muffled at idle and just wouldn't run good.every time I laid on the throttle it bogged out.sounds like fuel issue to me.what are your thoughts????? Thanks John

When it happens try to push the choke in and see if it runs better or worse.If it is better it wants more fuel,then check from there.

Might be a foolish question but can anything happen electricly.In the morning I went to hook up an inverter on one of the batteries for the coffee pot and when I went to clamp onto the negative it sparked pretty bad.Kind of odd that the boat ran scrappy that day.I don't know but just thought it was odd it actually killed the inverter.harbor freight special....
