PB Blaster may help, but;
If the impeller is corroded onto the shaft, you can cut it off.
First, try holding the driveshaft firmly in place while turning the impeller sharply in a clockwise direction; an extra set of strong hands will help.
If you find that you have to cut the impeller, use a dremel or similar to make a starting cut at the recessed point on the impeller where the key goes, then drive a small cold chisel into the cut. The metal is fairly brittle and will part easily so you don't need a lot of force.
If you grease the shaft under the impeller with a litlle Triple Guard Grease, the next replacement will be easier.
