Twin cobra's 5.0 and with ear muffs checking water pumps etc. Noticed the exhaust wasn't coming out of the center of the prob but coming down forward of the foot. Is this correct?

I hadn't notice where the exhaust came out before due to not having used ear muffs and not being able to see when in the water. I expected it to come out the center of the prop but I'm not sure if this is correct. Any help please, thanks...
Yes on the Cobra at idle the exhaust water will come out right in front of the drive where the big anode is located. Not from prop. There are a couple of relief ports in the transom mount…
