On the left side of your transom mount is a tilt lock. On the bottom right of the mount is a white nylon pressure release screw. Turn it counterclockwise and then you can lift the motor and flip the tilt lock to hold it in place.

I'm not sure why you need the flywheel tool and I don't have a reference on a cherry picker; is that a lifting device to take the motor off the transom?

Here's a link to a video I made for replacing the O-Rings in the piston. It will start where I show the locations for the nylon screw and how to set the tilt lock. You may need someone to flip the lock while you lift the motor

thanks Rich, yes the cherry picker is engine hoist. the tool i am referring to is a ring that screws into the flywheel so it can be hoisted off transom. but if i can remove the motor off the tilt without removing engine off transom would be awesome. 350lbs is no joke to be handling with hoist other wise. lol

Check out my video I sent the link for repairing the O-Rings. I was able to do it all without lifting the motor off the transom. When you remove the pin connecting the piston (shock rod) to the motor the entire trim lowers down. Be ready for fluid to come out.

So you need something like this. I'm not sure or your dimensions. The flywheel puller I bought is 1 1/2" - 16. This says 1 1/2" so I'm guessing the thread count is the same as the puller since it's for Mercury engines.
