So this is a real downer. After putting a floor in the boat, a project that took 4 years due to life events, I got it put together troubleshooting the fuel system not wanting to let the boat go zoom... just to come home to water leaking from around the middle of the boat below the water line after a rain storm, a leaf in the bildge was blocking the drain,..... you've got to be fricken kidding me right now! I drilled into the center of the Crack with a 1/4 drill bit but couldn't see much so jumped to 3/8. Made to more holes making it in to an oval I can see a gap, path way for the water. The path goes down towards the center and up towards the water line.I put the plug in the transom and started filling the the boat with a garden hose and the water comes out from the bottom. Is there a way to force an epoxy or resin through this like they do with windshields? Or do I have to try an grind this out? If thats the case I'm screwed because I have no way or room to put the boat on a stand to work on it.

I'm afraid you have a water logged boat, again. unless you had drains in between the bulkheads.

When I said I put in a new floor it wasn't the full story. I have a thread with more pictures covering the project. But I went to the hull, spliced in new stringers and redid the motor mounts. The "crack" seams to be about 1/2 into the fiberglass in between layers (air bubble during manufacturing maybe) and my best guess starts under the fuel tank. So I am going to try something and pray it will work. I'm going to silicone a shallow cup over the exterior hole and using a large syringe I'm going to flush the Crack with acetone, I will have some watching and let me know when they see it run in the bildge so I have a rough idea of the volume. Then blow out with compressed air, then using some 1/8 fiberglass strands and cab-o-sill make the volume of thickened resin I need and using the syringe force it through the crack. And cross my fingers
