Search the forums and found a few related posts but not quite so I thought I'd ask -I have a 1991 100hp Evinrude that starts fine, has been running great but when I push it to full throttle it takes a minute or two to get up to full speed -but it does and seems to run fine when it gets there. That time is increasing now to almost 2 minutes and orginally I thought it might be a throttle cable issue but now I'm not so sure.
Replaced the plugs and no change but was looking for other possibilities.
