1990 150 tilt/trim dead - bypass screw stripped

My tilt/trim motor died and my bypass screw is stripped....anybody know how I can raise the motor to get to the tilt assembly.....Help!

remove the cir-clip that holds the bypass screw in place then remove the screw if you have an older system with themetal line just looen drain fliud and lift
