1990 140hp johnson fuel pressure?

looking to know how much psi does the stock fuel pump make? how much psi can the carbs take before over comming the floats?

sounds like you are planning and electric pump, DON"T. extreme fire hazard, outboards are not designed for them.

no my pump makes 6psi and carbs have been cleaned an rebuilt new filter also . the problem is while running all 4 carbs dont stop the fuel ( over fills) only work at wot.

the only thing that wil stop the fuel pump dumping fuel in the float bowls is the needle and seat.
i would replace them if they leak.

what color is your pulse limiter?
